Westaff is searching for a Construction Project Manager


Duties and Responsibilities:

  •  Responsible for accurate review of project invoicing and pay applications
  • Compliance with the company and project specific plans and requirements
  • Ensure that the project is completed within the established budget and schedule
  • Anticipate potential problems and take corrective measures
  • Schedule and lead all project coordination meetings
  • Ensure the terms of contract are common knowledge among the project team and secure approved change documents as required
  • Manages project schedules, budgets, and quality assurance
  • Manages logs for RFI’s for all projects
  • Submits completed projects to designated project owner.
  • Identifies and reports on risks, schedule delays, resource constraints, and other aspects related to the project schedule on a regular basis
  • Conducts project budget reviews and informs appropriate parties
  • Ensure Inspections are approved
  • Travel to job sites to ensure proper inspections and assessments are done and completed by appropriate parties.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education / Experience:

 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
  • Minimum five (4) years project management in commercial construction preferred.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in estimating, administering, and budgeting for full project lifecycle
  • Experience with scheduling and bidding software as: viewpoint, heavy bid, B2W, P2 Agtek preferred.
