Westaff is searching for sales associates for a very large HVAC manufacturer


Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Answer incoming calls and assist customers with placing orders accurately and quickly
• All orders must be handle in a professional and courteous manner
• Recommend and promote items related to customer product or application
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and research products in a computer system and other sources in order to keep client happy
• Accurate locate and pull products from shelves
• Serve as a backup warehouse personnel when needed
• All other duties as assigned.

Education / Experience:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Proficient with using computers 
• Experience using dollies, pallet jacks and forklifts
• Customer oriented person
• A team player who is able to communicate with others
• Outgoing and a self starter
