Westaff is in search of our next Account Recruiter Supervisor.  This position belongs to our operations department and works in  our office but also field work.  If you are a result oriented individual in search of a challenging position, you had come to the right place.

Essential responsibilities:

• Source, screen and interview candidates
• Use of staffing software to search for and place candidates
• Coach employees
• Safety training- New hire orientation
• Manage complex client and employee relations
• Fill job orders with a great sense of urgency
• Provide one on one client relations
• Follow compliance procedures.
• Assist to job fairs, and participate in college recruiting
• Find creative ways to recruit and fill job orders with a sense of urgency
• Assist sales and branch Sales Manager with duties assigned.
• Complete reports and collect field hours to send to corporate.
• Check in new employees at client property 
• Assist with uniform assignment and collections
• Other duties as assigned

Education -Skills-Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent- College Degree preferred
• Bilingual- English, Spanish
• Office applications
• Great customer skills
• Staffing experience preferred but not required
• Computer literate
• Outgoing, results oriented
