  • Keeping office in order and various other duties
  • Detail and organized is required
  • Organized and with a strong client relationship and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Directing calls as appropriate
  • Manage and coordinate clients
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Skills and Education

  • Bilingual English and Spanish Required
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Some college preferred
  • Microsoft office experience preferred
  • A great level of motivation and independency
  • Accuracy and detail oriented required
  • Ability to deal with confidentiality and compliance matters.
  • Willing and ready to learn everyday
